Upon purchase and installation of all Plug in Solutions products, the customer/user agrees to the following Waiver of Liability.

1. At the request of the customer, Plug In Solutions is arranging for a custom Plug In conversion to be integrated into a Toyota Prius. Plug In Solutions is using best efforts to configure and specify said Plug In Conversion packaged based on a customer description of the intended use of the vehicle. It is incumbent on the customer to become aware of test data on the pros and cons of other existing Conversion Systems.

2. The customer hereby agrees to accept all responsibility for the functionality and usability of the vehicle during and after the herein described as Plug In Conversion, and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plug In Solutions so that in no event shall Plug In Solutions, their associates, subcontractors, consultants, or any other individual or any business entity associated with this Plug In Conversion be held liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the modification of said Toyota Prius, and the use of and/or inability to use said Plug In Conversion in said Toyota Prius.

Additionally, the customer hereby confirms understanding of the following:

1. The installation and use of this Plug In Conversion can void the manufacturer's warranty, not perform as desired, cause damage to the vehicle interior, wiring or onboard computer systems, and/or fail or cause damage in ways not yet imagined or considered due to possible failure of the Plug-In Conversion batteries, charger, and DC to DC conversion system.

2. There are no warranties expressed or implied regarding this Plug In Conversion.

3. There are no expressed or implied mileage or performance improvements from the Plug In Conversion.
